WHY WE WALK

“We started Friendly Stitches in elementary school, wanting to use our sewing skills to help better our community. Two years ago, we found out about Team Tara and walked for the first time, realizing it was the perfect opportunity for us to expand. Since then, walking has become an annual thing for us because of the overwhelming kindness of the community.”
